When Matt arrived at the store for the second night in a row, he was glad to see Charles was still inside. The manager waited patiently for the police to arrive before he went in. “Here we go,” Matt sighed as he exited the car to welcome the officers. He explained that Charles was a former employee and was inside after closing time for the second time in two days. They nodded and went inside.
