Months passed, and Becky continued to send her updates to Charles as promised. At first, she wrote frequently, giving small details about Matt’s progress, his efforts, and his interactions with the team. But over time, those reports grew shorter and less frequent. It wasn’t because things were going wrong—quite the opposite. There was simply less to comment on, because Matt wasn’t causing any problems anymore. He was steadily finding his place.
