Spotting the blue boat
The blue floating ship was spotted during a routine checkup about three miles from shore. The team of seven coastal guards almost sailed past it, but then one crew member pointed and screamed, “Guy’s, there’s something in the water over there.” At first, it seemed like a speckle on the horizon.
