The tunnel curved and opened into a large space. Jason and Emily paused, listening to water dripping. “This is bigger than I thought,” Jason said. Emily gripped his arm. “What if it’s a trap?” she whispered. Jason didn’t answer. “Stay close,” he said, squeezing her hand. Emily’s heart pounded as they moved forward.
