Something Feels Wrong
Lilly paused and looked up. The forest felt… off, like it was watching her. After a short break, Lilly shook her head, thinking it was just nerves. She was now sure that the animal was alone and it needed help. So she carefully removed her scarf and scooped the creature into it. It didn’t fight her—just let out a tiny sigh and curled into the warm fabric.
