Opening the door
Together, they pulled the handle and pushed open the door. It opened with a surprisingly soft thud, and it was a good thing that they did, because behind it were several people they did not want to be warned regarding their presence. This was clearly the base of the tunnel since the tracks stopped at this point. And what they saw in that open room was shocking.
