Mason whispered, “How long were you trapped?” Ross replied, “Ninety-three days. Nearly three months.” The room went quiet. “Last night,” Ross added, “was the first calm night we’ve had since crashing here. No rain. No wind. We thought maybe… maybe it was over. But after everything, none of us could bring ourselves to leave. We were afraid the storm might come back.”
