Dylan hoped that, besides the limp, they would catch a glimpse of guilt in Collin’s eyes. He wanted to confront the man who took his possession, but somewhere deep inside, he mostly wanted a heartfelt apology. Tomorrow would bring resolution, one way or the other, he thought. Dylan tried to get some rest after that, and before he knew it, the morning sun shone through his now-closed window.
